Position Details:
Experian is seeking an individual to join our Service Delivery team.
This individual will be responsible for interpreting instructions,
monitoring order flow, setting up and submitting proprietary code and/or
PC related program designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reports daily on the current status of orders and deliveries and
performs a variety of follow through functions.
- Works directly with sales and clients to provide consultation,
documentation or research needed to provide business solutions.
- Performs quality control functions.
Requirements:
The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree plus two to
four years job related experience. Additional experience may be used in
lieu of degree. Strong programming or relational database skills highly
preferred. Strong PC skills are needed. Must be able to give high
priority to customer satisfaction and have excellent communication
skills.
